If a customer uses the Eboni Hall Color Match Form, they are eligible for the EH Color Match Guarantee. If, after using the form a customer receives the wrong color makeup they have 30 days to return the product and receive the correct color for no additional charge. If a customer purchases a product without using the Eboni Hall Color Match Form, all sales are final and non-refundable.
